Issues
- Need clarification about parameters, constraints and goals for Authenticated theme. (Seems to be outside of capabilities and responsibility of working group.)
- Amount of work, expectations, goals, and timelines are too vague for most participants to commit time and effort to theme project.
Questions:
- Use a Starter/Base theme for future theme development?
- Availability of full-width template region located in the imagestripe?

Summary:
- Convert the current sfsu theme into a Drupal 7 version and incorporate the changes that the new SF State web template.
- Create an internal theme for use with both the Gateway and any internal website pages (any pages that require authentication).
